Coach Performance Survey
JCSC is committed to providing a recreational organization that is both fun and family oriented.
This survey has been developed as a way for parents and swimmers to express their opinions.
Please feel free to complete a survey for each coach that has worked with your child following
swim lessons, clinics, or seasonal swimming. Submit your survey(s) to the JCSC board president,
any board member, or to our
(Subject: JCSC Survey). We need to hear your comments and complements, suggestions and concerns
to continue to grow and improve our swimmers and team.
